Thank you for your interest in the  Inagural Sunshine Hootenanny Music & Art Festival, a celebration of music and arts located at Florida Sand Music Ranch in Brooksville, Florida. We are expecting many guests to join in on the festivities with a maximum capacity of 2,500. Vendor space is limited.

Setup/Teardown Timeline

  • Vendors are to arrive at Florida Sand Music Ranch on Wednesday, November 20, 2024.
  • Vendor booths must be ready and open for business Thursday, November 21 by 4pm and remain open during peak festival hours through Saturday, November 23, 2024.
  • Vendors and their staff must depart by 12pm on Sunday, November 24, 2024.
